Tina Estrada
Tina Estrada brings a powerful combination of elite playing experience, championship coaching, and modern communication expertise to the recruiting process. Having grown up in the U.S. Soccer Youth National Team system, Tina understands the pathway to the highest levels of the game from the inside out. She is a 2x U.S. Youth National Champion, Parade All-American, 4x All-WCC player, 3x Mountain West Champion coach, NSCAA National Assistant Coach of the Year, and has served as a U.S. Soccer Assistant Coach. Beyond the field, Tina studied Communication and holds a Master’s degree in Cinema Production, giving recruits a cutting-edge advantage in how they tell their story, market themselves, and stand out to college coaches. Tina is passionate about empowering athletes to be seen, heard, and confidently prepared for the next level—both as players and as people.

Emiria Salzmann
Emiria brings a rare blend of elite coaching experience and genuine care for the whole athlete. A legendary college coach with a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology, Emiria understands that success in soccer is as much mental as it is physical. She has been inducted into three Hall of Fames, an All-American, is a 3x CCAA Champion, 4x Big 8 Conference Champion, Big 8 Coach of the Year, 3x CCAA Coach of the Year, NSCAA National Coach of the Year, and led teams to nine NCAA Tournament appearances. More than her championships, Emiria is deeply committed to helping players grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose—on the field and beyond. Her work was so impactful, that she is a main feature in the published book “The Beautiful Game: Sixteen Girls and the Season that Changed Everything,” about guiding a young team to a state cup championship.

Lauren Hanson
Lauren Hanson is known for her ability to connect deeply and holistically with young athletes and their families, guiding them through the recruiting process with clarity, trust, and care. A former Parade All-American who developed in the U.S. Youth National Team system, Lauren earned a cap with the U.S. National Team and went on to become a 2x NCAA National Champion as both a player and a coach. Her individual honors include being a Mac Hermann Trophy finalist, 2x WCC Defensive Player of the Year, 3x Mountain West Champion coach, and Mountain West Coach of the Year. Beyond her accolades, Lauren is passionate about helping athletes feel supported, understood, and confident as they navigate one of the most important chapters of their soccer and academic journey.
